Japanese “Audio Guide Page” Launched

The newly added Japanese “Audio Guide Page”

We have added a new feature to the web project "Soka University Landmark Map" that lets you listen to the stories behind 120 landmarks across campus in Japanese.

In addition to the existing "Google Maps version" and "print/data version," the new "Audio Guide Page" lets you view photos from the time while listening to the history and background of each landmark.

The audio was recorded with the cooperation of current Soka University students, and each landmark's story is presented concisely in 90 seconds or less.

The "Google Maps version" has received over 340,000 views since its launch and has been used for strolling around campus and learning about the university's history.
The "print/download version" is available in Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional).

We are currently preparing English, Korean, and Chinese versions of the audio guide, so please stay tuned for updates.
In the meantime, we hope you will make use of these resources to explore the campus and experience the history of Soka University.
