The housing fees may be considered to revise due to the financial situation of the University.
The monthly payment is NOT available.
Electricity fees, gas fees, and water fees need to be paid in addition to the rent.
JPY10,000 as a deposit for the gas fee must be paid when moving in.
Fire insurance is included in the rent.

There is no washing machine in the dormitory. You can purchase it and set it up in your room by yourself; however, please be advised that residents must dispose of / sell the personal washing machine when the resident moves out at your responsibility and do not leave it in the room.
