- The housing fees may be considered to revise due to the financial situation of the University.
- Residents can choose to pay the rent every month (JPY33,528) or to pay the rent at once for a whole year (JPY402,336).
- JPY30,000 as an entry fee must be paid when you move in.
- JPY63,528 (Rent for April and Entering fee) needs to be settled when entering the apartment at the end of March to Soka University Service Center which manages the apartment.
- Fire insurance of around JPY10,000 (for 2 years) needs to be paid when entering the apartment.
- Electricity fees, gas fees, and water fees need to be paid in addition to the rent.
