Application Guidelines

The application guidelines for April 2027 admission have been updated. (June 18, 2026)

For those who wish to obtain a degree in Japanese

  • Faculty of Economics and Business Administration
  • Faculty of Law
  • Faculty of Letters
  • Faculty of Science and Engineering
  • Faculty of Education

For those who wish to obtain a degree in English

  • Faculty of International Liberal Arts (All international students in the Faculty of International Liberal Arts will learn practical Japanese skills while also studying a variety of subjects in English)

※Applicants with nationality of the Philippines, Nepal, or Vietnam must undergo tuberculosis (TB) screening at a designated Panel Clinic and submit an official JPETS Clearance Certificate issued by that clinic when applying for the Certificate of Eligibility (COE). Applicants from the applicable countries/regions will be required to submit it to the university promptly after receiving the admission results. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
