※Following the introduction of the new TOEFL iBT scoring scale, the following scores are also accepted:
- Faculty of International Liberal Arts: 4.0 or above
- Department of Green Technology: 3.5 or above

※ From the 2026 academic year, transfer admissions for the 2nd and 3rd years of the EMP will no longer be offered.

The application guidelines for the September 2026 intake are now available. (December 22, 2025)

All international students in the Faculty of International Liberal Arts will learn practical Japanese skills while also studying a variety of subjects in English.　
*In this context, 'international students' refers to students admitted through either of the following admissions processes, regardless of nationality:
