※Soka University plans to consolidate the English Medium Programs (EMPs） currently offered by various Faculties into the Faculty of International Liberal Arts (FILA) starting from the 2026 academic year. As a result, admissions to the EMPs in other Faculties (Business Administration, Law, Letters) will cease.
※The application guidelines for September 2026 enrollment will be released in December 2025. 
 

The application guidelines for the 2025 intake are now available (December 23, 2024) 

All international students in the Faculty of International Liberal Arts will learn practical Japanese skills while also studying a variety of subjects in English.　
*In this context, 'international students' refers to students admitted through either of the following admissions processes, regardless of nationality:
