Work During University Breaks

If you have a valid work permit, you may work up to 40 hours per week (up to 8 hours per day) during official university holiday periods.
No additional permission is required for working during these breaks. Below are the official university break periods. Please share this information with your employer if they require confirmation of the university’s holiday dates.

• AY 2025 Spring Break: 31/01/2026 – 31/03/2026
• AY 2026 Summer Break: (TBA)
• AY 2026 Winter Break: (TBA)
• AY 2026 Spring Break: (TBA)

大学休業期間中の就労について

資格外活動許可を取得している場合、大学の公式な休業期間中は週40時間まで（1日8時間まで）就労が可能です。休業期間中の就労については、追加の許可は必要ありません。以下は大学の公式休業期間です。雇用主から休業期間の証明書を求められることがありますが、本学では発行していませんので、こちらのページを印刷して提出してください。
